Avg froze while updating

Hi Customer Support My computer slowed significantly last night, and I finally figured out that AVG 2015 is "stuck" on Updating. )Seriously though, I've used Task Manager to try and stop it, and it didn't work. I tried cancelling the Update itself, and it won't cancel.

This started I think, when AVG popped up asking if I wanted better protection while browsing, and to change my home page to AVG.

Alternateive, I thought if I just diconected it I could bring it to an apple store but I'm not sure if I should do that. Hope that I've given you some more insight into the issue.

Ater it was completed I clicked the option to update to the newer version.

It looked like it was working fine until it got to be about 80% compateled and the bar on the ipad stopped moving. If you are downloading an update from Apple Servers, a full i OS update can take more than 15 minutes. Also, do you have firewall or virus software running?
